The Brass Lantern serves only the finest quality USDA Choice beef, tenderized by weeks of aging. All of our delicious steaks are charbroiled to perfection. Add sautéed mushrooms to any of our steaks.

Ribeye
The heart of the rib, always tender and juicy. Thick Cut - 13 oz.  Regular Cut - 10 oz.  Petite Cut - 8 oz.

Sirloin
A 10 oz. sirloin, well known for its excellent taste.

Hamburger Steak
A 10 oz. fresh ground hamburger steak perfectly charbroiled, then blanketed with mozarella cheese and sautéed onions.

BBQ Beef
Tender layers of prime rib grilled to perfection and nestled in our special smoky BBQ sauce.

Polynesian Beef Tips
Steaming morsels of juicy beef tenderloin marinated in a unique blend of pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, and assorted tropical seasonings. Served atop a bed of rice pilaf.

Bacon Wrapped Medallions & Shrimp
6 oz. beef medallions, slow cooked, butterflied and gently wrapped in bacon served with golden fried shrimp. Bacon wrapped scallops may be substituted for the shrimp.

Surf & Turf
Our tender 10 oz. ribeye paired with our select 8 oz. lobster tail.

Filet & Shrimp
Our 6 oz. filet mignon alongside a generous serving of crispy fried shrimp. For broiled shrimp, add $1.50.

Prime Rib & Shrimp
Our incredible 10 oz. prime rib accompanied by our delicious fried shrimp. For broiled shrimp add $1.50.

Ribeye & Shrimp
Our tender 8 oz. ribeye matched up with a sumptuous portion of fried shrimp. For broiled shrimp add $1.50.

Prime Rib for Two
